Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist

Summary of Position:

24pound, an exciting new subsidiary of Mailers Haven, seeks a Customer Relations Specialist for our wholesale direct mail printing portal. The Customer Relations Specialist will proactively drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone interactions.

Job Type:

Part-Time (20 hours a week with the flexibility to add 5-10 more hours and potentially go full-time in the future)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge about 24pound products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
  • Answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
  • May make outbound calls to check on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Create content and manage updates for internal and external support website pages and Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Help address customer complaints compassionately and patiently.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Manager, immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction.

Pay:

$18.60 - $22.40 / Hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work part-time hours (sometime between 10 AM and 3 PM), in Washington, MO.
  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.60 - $22.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
