Server Assistance Responsibilities

-Supporting the servers in a very busy restaurant.

-Making sure our tables are flawless.

-Bread and Water service.

-Busing of plates, and general cleanliness.

Host Responsibilities

-Running a very busy restaurant floor.

-Utilize correct verbiage when answering the phone.

-Able to verify tables are set up correctly before showing a guest over.

-A winning smile for a hello or goodbye!

Qualifications

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time

-Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs

-Ability to bend, reach, and twist

-Ability to work effectively as a team-

-Neat and tidy appearance

Servers Assistants are paid through a tip pool from all of the servers.
