• Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar role. Transportation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Leadership and team management skills.

The Recruiting Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.
