Job description:

· 3 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense

· Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations

· Experience with taking and defending depositions

· Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.

· Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel

· Trial experience is desired

Requirements:

· California Bar membership

· Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
