Litigation attorney with 1-4 years of experience to handle toxic tort/products liability defense and complex liability matters for a hard-working AV-rated law firm. Our team is seeking a driven associate to handle the defense of toxic tort matters. Motivated, self-starting, candidate with solid work ethic, experienced in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, motion work and trials/trial preparation. Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings, be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, have exceptional client responsiveness/service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills to be part of a collaborative team. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
