Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to Independently perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure the PEO IEWS is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Conducts Capabilities Analysis
• Performs Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts
• Works with Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
• System and/or software integration
• Performs Platform Integration
• Ensures Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems
• Conducts Technical and/or operational testing
• Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities
• Performs configuration management
• Attends and planning and strategy meetings
• Attends Program Review and coordination meetings
• Performing general systems engineering, systems implementation planning, and system test and evaluation services
• Preparing specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, simulations, and reports
• Reviewing engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices
• Conducting systems engineering trade-off analysis

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• Knowledge of SIGINT and EW Systems
• Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) principles and applications for military purposes
• Knowledge of CMOSS, SOSA, MORA, APPCEMA, APPEW

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IS, Engineering or Business or related scientific or technical discipline

Clearance

• Must have an active Secret Clearance
