Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) with a commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Nurse at Madison Medical Resort, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and assessing residents' medical conditions and updating care plans accordingly
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhering to all state and federal regulations governing nursing care

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
