Job Description:

Admin

  • Fielding phone calls and email inquiries
  • Sorting and processing mail
  • Scanning and filing records and data entry

Finance

  • Completing all accounting processes and maintaining accounting records
  • Entering invoices and payments to keep accounting information current
  • Managing accounts payable; coordinate coding with responsible staff and entering in QuickBooks
  • Completing deposits, cash-counting and purchase orders
  • Reconciling and auditing e-commerce and credit card transactions between the point of sale and the bank statement

General

  • Operating with the highest standards of professionalism

Qualifications:

High school diploma. Accounting software (QuickBooks) proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Assertive and comfortable working with vendors/customers. Strong attention to detail. Self-starter with solid work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
