What Youll Do:

• Manage and maintain leadership schedules
• Prepare responses to correspondence from sales reps or suppliers containing routine inquiries
• Prepare agenda and make travel arrangements for all sales rep trainings/meetings
• Review sales rep commissions bi-weekly (prior to payroll processing) for accuracy
• Help to coordinate time off requests from sales representatives
• Maintain and prepare executive credit card receipts
• Post sales daily on group messaging thread
• Orders products (paperwork, clothing, demo kits) related to the sales team as requested
• Event planning
• Preparing reports for Vice President and sales team
• Check-in on sales rep benchmarks monthly, advise managers of low performers
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What Youll Bring:

• High school diploma and 3 years experience as an executive/administrative assistant
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Exceptional proficiency with Apple products and devices, including iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, AI software, etc.
