MAB's Adult Disability Program is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, person-centered, and progressive thinking individuals to serve as an Assistant Residential Coordinator for our residential program in Shrewsbury or Grafton.
Candidates must have desire to facilitate individuals connecting to their community and assist in the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals. With the Residential Coordinator, providing leadership to a staff team are at the core of this dynamic position.
Requirements:
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, and computer literacy.
-A minimum of one-year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries is preferred.
-A high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of human services experience required.
-Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.
-Updated CPR and First Aid Certifications required, or ability to become certified immediately upon hire.
-Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification required, or ability to become certified upon hire.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
