We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our call center team as Inbound Call Center Representatives. This role will involve handling inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry software
- Conduct outbound calls as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
