We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents in Toronto. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Utilise phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is an asset
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills
