This role will coordinate with the marketing team and external partners to implement and track marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for producing content for both traditional and digital strategies including graphics, email, social media, and websites.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, website etc.).
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Oversee the company's CRM including input and tracking of new leads.
• Assist in obtaining client satisfaction feedback and testimonials.
• Apply for various industry awards throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing with 2 years' previous experience in a marketing role.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), CMS platforms, and project management software (Asana).
