Project Manager

MA Builders is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone with 5 years of carpentry experience and at least 2 years of management experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has excellent problem-solving skills and is ready to take ownership and initiative in their work in supporting our growing team and valued clients.
The Project Manager is the point person between the client, the design team, and the field crew on the jobsite, including subcontractors. The role of the Project Manager is to oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Although the Project Manager is not expected to wear a toolbelt, the PM needs to have the technical competencies of a Lead Carpenter and the managerial skills to actively monitor all activities and personnel on the jobsite.

What we offer
This is a full-time position with days at the office and on site. Compensation is $32-$35 per hour, based on experience. We offer benefits including 9 paid holidays, accrued PTO and sick time, monthly health reimbursement, and a continuing education stipend. Necessary technology to support this position will be provided including a laptop. We value fostering a fun, safe work environment for all.
