Project Manager

CLYNK is a circular economy solutions provider. We make it easy for retailers, brands, redemption operators and everyday people to do the right thing through our consumer-centric “bag-drop” technology solutions. We are the fastest growing mode of beverage container recycling and the most requested option by consumers. At the same time, we are reducing the typical friction experienced by other recycling stakeholders which reinforces the ecosystem and adoption. Our technology supports recycling at scale across an entire ecosystem including states with Deposit Recovery Systems (aka Bottle Bills) and Producer Responsibility Organizations or Brands who enable customers to recycle with convenient solutions.

Summary:

CLYNK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute the next wave of disruption in consumer-based recycling! The ideal candidate will possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification along with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects for an organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the project management process for CLYNK's organization, as well as leading a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our services, expanding our reach, and driving innovation. Because of economics and focus on recycling nationally, CLYNK is well positioned for exponential growth; this role is foundational to our ability to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, including but not limited to product launches, process improvements, business expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement the project management process for CLYNK, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Establish project schedules, milestones, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, ensuring alignment and buy-in at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing projects for an organization or company.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
