JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Job Description Summary:
At Barrett Made, you will provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site. You will oversee all on-site construction activities including, but not limited to, subcontractors, consultants AHJ officials, etc. You will be responsible for the completion of projects within specified budgets and schedules, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires business management skills, strong leadership, organizational and time management proficiencies, strong communication and a focus on client service. As a Project Manager, you will regularly interact with clients, vendors, other project stakeholders and our architecture team in a proactive, positive and supportive manner that always works to benefit the project outcome and promotes personal and professional growth. This position requires management of residential and commercial projects and their related requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position oversees employees and is responsible for performance management. Success will be measured by the completion of projects within specified budgets and schedules, to the highest quality standards all while successfully maintaining client relations resulting in a positive and profitable project experience. Regular performance feedback will be provided by Barrett Made.
Position Type/Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 pm. This position occasionally requires long hours and some weekend work.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional out of state and overnight travel. Less than 30% of time travel expected.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred Bachelors’ Degree in Construction Management or Related Field of Study
10-15 years’ experience in the construction field
