*** THIS IS A FULL-TIME INTERNSHIP WORKING MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (40 HOURS/WEEK) AND STARTING IMMEDIATELY, NOT A SUMMER INTERNSHIP ***

$17.50/hour

Description Summary:

This is a part time/part year position that is assigned to students that are enrolled in a business or information technology education program. This position is designed to provide entry level project assignments to allow students to gain experience in the Product management of software development, while providing the Company with the ability to preview the performance of a potential full-time hire. Typical work requires rotating through product departments depending on the needs of the company coupled with the interests and skills of the Intern.

Essential Duties:

The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.

  • Complete project assignments on time, with high quality
  • Gain exposure to Company products and business processes
  • Establish good working relationships with peers, coworkers, and product stakeholders, providing support where asked, when asked and with a cooperative and curious attitude
  • Develop required PC and task related skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Working towards a college degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must be comfortable meeting with and gathering information from coworkers and customers regarding enhancements to the application(s) they are researching
  • Specific certifications and trainings adding to the global experience of this profession are welcomed and desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
  • Assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
