BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT
Reports To: Property Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness of the building
- Complete all work orders, daily maintenance
- Respond to emergency tenant calls
- Maintain property cleanliness at all times - including common areas and parking lots
- Communicate effectively with Property Manager, tenants, and vendors
- Complete or supervise repairs as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in supervisory janitorial role
- Proven track record of relevant cleaning and maintenance experience
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
