Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Manage the waitlist and seat guests in a timely manner

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Assist servers with various tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Strong customer service and guest relations skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team environment
