*Job Summary -

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests

- Manage waitlists and reservations

- Answer phone calls and take reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Knowledge of guest services in a hotel or restaurant setting

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
