M&M Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Manager Near Salt Lake, UT
Looking for a highly motivated, energetic, hard working and talented maintenance manager. Career position available with growing company in Real Estate related asset management industry.
Must have previous management experience in running an office and overseeing employees. Candidate should have basic repair and maintenance knowledge, though no certifications are required. Duties will include organizing and scheduling maintenance repairs with various vendors. May be required to perform minor repairs directly.
Must know Quick Books, Excel, and Word. Must have good customer service skills and be detail oriented. Candidate will be excellent at follow up and coordinating schedules. Must have proven background, outstanding achievements or credentials in this field. This is a long term, full time career position with growth potential in the real estate and maintenance fields.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
