Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess a creative background in design.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the design team to provide customers with creative solutions
- Utilize knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and layout design to assist customers effectively
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
