What You'll Do :

Self-Generating Sales Activities : Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.

Consultative Selling : Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more.

Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements. Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Prescheduled Leads : Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.

Who You Are :

• Proactive, confident, self starter who enjoys a competitive and fast paced environment with a lot of variety in your day-to-day.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
• Posses a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
