This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. We welcome unique personality, just as our M&M brand is founded on our unique characters! This role is unique as it is one of the few that interacts directly with our customers daily.
Context and Scope
Character Associates are customer facing roles that require positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable experience for customers. This role will be required to be trained and work in all areas of the selling floor. This associate must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests while driving business metrics.
Job Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded stores during peak hours
• Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with diverse customer base

• Ability to work nights, weekends, AND holidays

• No retail experience is required, is preferred.

• Ages 16 and older eligible for this role
