Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution center operations. Manage and direct warehouse activities, with worker safety as a high priority. The day-to-day activities include scheduling, inventory management, and receiving. Knowledge of telecommunication products and materials. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including order fulfillment, transportation planning, fleet management, continuous improvement initiatives, production planning, shipping and receiving, dispatching, and implementing effective warehouse management systems.

• Coordinate and oversee all logistics, shipping and receiving.
• Supervise and direct warehouse activity; put worker safety as a top priority
• Perform various inventory counts; ensure accuracy, order supplies and goods as needed
• Supervise all material handling and forklift operations
• Enter data in reports as needed

Essential Functions (core duties)

• Ensure inventory transaction accuracy
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Interface with internal staff, and logistics companies to answer questions or solve problems
• Identify areas of improvement and establish or refine existing work procedures and practices
• Coordinate activities with other departments with a hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Ability to track, schedule and complete necessary functions of registration, maintenance and driveability of fleet

Qualifications:

• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Valid Driver license
• OSHA 10 or 30 Required
• First Aid Preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
