Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead/Supervisor for our Chandler, AZ location to join our Team.
- PAYS $22 - $24 AN HOUR
- WEEKLY PAYCHECKS!
- COMPANY PAID BENEFITS AFTER 90-DAYS!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and oversees activities in the Shipping/Loading department.
- Lead small group, including delegating tasks, reporting absence, providing performance feedback and other duties as required
- Set an example for all employees by working in a safe manner, abiding by all Safety policies and procedures, and using all assigned PPE
- Monitor the safety of team members and colleagues and report concerns to the Operations Manager and/or HR Manager
- Report major problems or concerns with processes, employees or equipment within the department to Operations Manager
- Perform quality inspection on product leaving the designated area
- Communicate deadlines to team members and provide hands-on support when there are operational delays
- Provide courteous customer service to internal staff requesting services from the team
- Work closely with employees to ensure the team is meeting production goals
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years prior experience in lead or supervisor position

Ability to read and interpret invoice orders
- Knowledge and usage of measuring and testing devices, hand and power tools
- Basic math abilities
- Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills
- Uncompromising commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others

Pay: $22 - $24 DOE
Shift: Days, Monday Friday, Rotating Saturdays
