SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling and returning Pride Group inventory being utilized or returned from rent or that is being prepared to ship. Works to maintain rental equipment, keeping it clean, fueled, and operating properly and maintains a Ready to Rent status 100% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Pride Group rental equipment for delivery to client(s), including but not limited to: loading and unloading, account for proper quantities and inventories, documentation.
• Perform all actions necessary to maintain all items in peak presentable condition Ready for Rent.
• Test equipment prior to delivery to ensure everything is in good operational condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance services to insure continuity of availability during rental opportunity.
• Perform Equipment Check-out / Check-in procedures for equipment rental.
• Perform routine maintenance on Rental units as necessary which includes, but is not limited to, washing units, touch-up painting, informing supervisor of any damage, etc.
• Work to produce minor repairs on rental items.
• Work with chemicals such as diesel fuel, gasoline, sulfuric acid and work with high pressure washers, paint thinners, paints, etc.
• Use arms, legs, trunk and body to perform tasks.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. consecutively as the work tasks demand.

CRITICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to daily and repeatedly stoop, kneel, bend and climb beside, onto, inside and underneath various pieces of equipment to perform diagnosis and repairs. Must be able to effectively see to perform repairs, research technical manuals, and develop written repair work order reports. Must be able to routinely and physically lift/position various parts to perform repairs/service and manually handle parts up to 50 pounds, as well as use mechanical hoist for heavier parts. Must be certified and capable of operating a forklift to move assets around in a safe and efficient manner. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrate good organization skills. Must have ability to read and comprehend written information and understand verbal directions. Demonstrates and communicates genuine customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in English using telephone, writing and/or reading skills to receive instructions and to provide service information.
