Catering Driver
We are hiring for part-time and full-time Catering Driver positions at Mi Cocina!
***Earn $15 per hour PLUS Tips***
Position Summary:
M Crowd Restaurant Group - Mi Cocina is a growing restaurant company and we're looking for great people to join our family. Working as a Catering Driver for M Crowd Restaurant Group will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! Going to school? Looking for a second job? As a Catering Driver you will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of food orders to our guests around the metroplex. Additionally, as part of the team, you will be responsible for the following:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Make safe and efficient deliveries from a Mi Cocina operating location.
- Load and unload catering orders.
- Deliver high-quality food in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
- Ensure all catering orders are accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Job Requirements:
- Operate your own vehicle for deliveries (personal vehicle expenses reimbursed)
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Adhere to sanitation and food-safety guidelines when handling food.
- Effectively communicate with team and guests to ensure company service standards.
- Provides quality service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Must complete a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience in the food service industry preferred
- Bilingual, English & Spanish highly preferred
- Open availability preferred

Our story starts in 1991 with the opening of the first Mi Cocina. M Crowd was founded by four original partners Michael 'Mico' Rodriguez, Ray and Dick Washburne, and Bob McNutt. Most servers and cooks have been with the company for years, and virtually every store manager has worked their way up the company ladder.
