Lyons CSD is Hiring a Bus monitor Near Lyons, NY

POSITION : School Bus Monitor

APPLICATION DUE : Ongoing

STARTING DATE : TBD

QUALIFICATIONS :

The bus monitor must be 18 years of age, a high school graduate or equivalent, possess high standards and character, and be physically able to assist in an emergency.

The bus monitor needs a positive attitude and should be sensitive towards children, self-controlled, flexible, mature, and caring .

DESCRIPTION :

This position involves responsibility for the routine supervision and care of school-age children as well as the maintenance of order and discipline in a school vehicle.

The exact hours will be discussed during the interview. Drives a school bus on a regular schedule, on an assigned route, or special occasions.

Maintains orderly conduct on the bus, including student management.

TERMS :

According to the terms established by the Agreement between the Superintendent and the Transportation Association.

SALARY : Per Contract
