Lynx Support Specialist, Inc. is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Huntsville, AL

Job Summary

Contract Support personnel manage the day-to-day activities and correspondence between our prime companies and our management/employees. Contracts personnel are the gateway for all contract information to include funding, invoicing, reporting and compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of government subcontracts (from initial award to daily support):
    • Staffing/reviewing/executing subcontract award packages
    • Maintaining compliance with all requirements
    • Coordinate relevant subcontract activity and requirements with other departments (Accounting, Human Resources and Security)
    • Onboarding new employees to the contract, as applicable
    • Processing all funding mods, labor allocations, work authorizations and disseminating to the team
    • Generate/reconcile/submit invoices
    • Ensure required deliverables are submitted
    • Provide timely and accurate updates to management and technical team on funding and contract activity
  • Proposal support
  • Other support staff tasks as needed
  • Work is 100% remote
  • No travel required
