Registered Nurse (RN) - Join Venza Care at Lynwood Nursing Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
