Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Join Venza Care at Lynwood Nursing Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
• Assist with wound care and other basic nursing duties.
• Collaborate with RNs and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
