Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, In person - Bilingual Recruiter. In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates.

This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.

Your Day

• Actively source talent by identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events / social media sites, referrals from other employees.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate's skills and qualifications while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicating with HR and Managers
• Review resumes and schedule interviews with potential hires
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for starting their new roles
• Performing critical relationship-building activities, including coaching your consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their employment to ensure their satisfaction and engagement
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed

About You

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Familiar with Outlook MS Office
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruiting preferred
• Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
• Punctual and Reliable
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent Interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Compensation Package

• $21.00
• Monday to Friday
• 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
