Landscape Installation Manager/Foreperson

Join the Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery family! We've been providing quality locally grown plants and custom landscaping to the Twin Cities and Maple Grove communities for five generations. Through community outreach, fundraising events, and both commercial and residential landscaping, we aim to enhance our community's livability.

The Ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction. Strong communication and time management skills are necessary. A positive attitude and team mentality are key to our core values and success.

Responsibilities include general landscape installation, crew task management, time and material tracking, equipment/tool management and operation, employee training, crew production and quality control.

What we need from you:

· Equipment operation and hardscape experience

· Understanding site requirements and care of landscape trees, perennials and annuals within our specific growing zone

· Ability to manage and delegate crew tasks

· Job tracking – time, materials, et.

· Written and oral communication skills

· Ability to read and translate detailed landscape plans

· Class A driver’s license is preferred but not required

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
