Should you land the gig, you might find yourself mixing soil, planting flowers, spacing patio pots, arranging hanging baskets, picking plant orders, and loading trucks for delivery.

You’re good at:

• Switching gears because you like variety in the things you do.
• Thinking of and communicating new and better ways to work smarter, not harder.

You might also:

• Have equipment operation or prior greenhouse experience.
• Like to feel a sense of accomplishment every day when you leave work.
• Be good at making coworkers laugh when it’s raining and you have a task to do outside.
• Not be afraid to get dirt on your clothes.
