Lynco Products is Hiring a Custodian (Office) Near Milan, IL
We are looking for a full time cleaning professional to become a part of our team! Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, motivated, and organized. This professional will make sure that our corporate office is cleaned to meet top quality standards.
Hours:Monday-Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
- Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
- Replenish restrooms and break rooms with dispensers with paper products and soap.
- Clean interior and exterior glass and windows.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
- Keep accurate and detailed record of cleaning and maintenance performed.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of professional cleaning experience.
