Our Bettendorf, IA location is set to open soon and we are looking for several full-time associates to join our growing team! These team members will train at our Distribution Center/Headquarters in Milan, IL for 30-90 days while we put the finishing touches on our new temperature controlled (heating/air conditioning) facility.

Lynco Products is a full service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive and general goods products and we are adding to our team as we continue to grow! Our Bettendorf, IA location will service our Fashion & Performance Group division as a North American leader in cold weather and seasonal fashion accessories.

Base Pay: $16.50/hour $1.50 shift premium

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with some mandatory overtime when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and audit orders.
• Label product to fit customer needs.
• Pick and pack products to be shipped.
• Ship orders to designated customer locations.
• Unload trailers and trucks in a timely manner by hand.
• Maintain accurate inventories.
• Assist with rework projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma, some college preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
