Lynch Surveys is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. We are a family owned, local business since 1972. Job requirements include but are not limited to:

• Managing Payroll
• Processing payments and invoices
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Managing outstanding accounts
• Monitoring and ensuring payment deadlines
• Responding to inquiries from vendors and customers

Qualifications
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
- Experience with payroll management and data entry
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
