Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven FP&A Manager to join our team. This role is a key position within Christian Dior Perfumes U.S. Market, the FP&A Manager will assist to drive the Profitability of the business and reach the Financial Objectives.
The Job is based in NYC with weekly trips to NJ, where the back-office is located.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead North America [US & Canada] POSM [Point of Sales Materials] budget with the objective to become the Finance expert in this key area of the P&L.
• In charge of monthly Treasury reporting [cash forecast] based on rolling forecast assumptions.
• Understand and Analyze components and processes underlying the construction of the Income statement and the Balance sheet.
• Challenge costs and allocations of costs.
• Guarantee Monthly and Quarterly Financial reports' accuracy and respect deadline(s) in submitting to headquarters.
• Proven ability to analyze actual vs. plan results and summarize underlying drivers of variances as well as providing clear and succinct interpretation of results to management.
• Analyze current trend(s) with key performance indicators, including all areas of expenses, for Management to facilitate decision making.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Provide management and departments with monthly reports and ensure that they stay within budget.
• Support monthly close process.
• Assist on related ad hoc reports/projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A
• Accounting knowledge and / or Audit experience is a plus.
• Analytical and challenging skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines with proven organizational skills.
• Multitasks and ability to treat several topics at the same time.
• Exigent and curious.
• Resilience, responsiveness, and adaptability skills
• Dynamic, flexible, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to think creatively and self-motivated.
• Strong team player and strong relationship builder.

Additional Information
Salary Range - $89,000 - $133,000
