Elder Care Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, FP&A to join our team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and have further expansion planned in the near future.
Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, have previous experience in the homecare industry, have advanced Excel skills, and be able to partner with leadership to provide insights, identify opportunities for improvement and support the execution of business strategies.
As the Manager, FP&A , you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling and be able to help us drive informed decision making and achieve overall financial objectives. On a company wide level we hope you can help to support Elder Care Homecare’s growth, mission, and goals of Growing Stronger Together.
