Job Description The E-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential E-Commerce support across various facets of site operations, with a primary focus on ensuring seamless customer service, alongside optimizing warehouse operations, and guiding informed marketing analysis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Service
- Provide the Customer Service team with support regarding customer claims & inquiries
- Assist with Credit Card disputes
- Monitor US transactions and Frauds
- Assist with FedEx delivery issues and claims
- Warehouse Operations
- Collaborate with warehouse on web returns, orders exceptions and miscellaneous requests
- General Operations
- Assist with website content update if needed
- Conduct regular mfk.com audits to ensure proper functioning
- Marketing & Analysis
- Monitor the clients' database for quality check and cleaning of information
- Assist with analyzing e-commerce performance metrics
- Monitor Marketing Calendar
- Observe competitive landscape, benchmarking and sharing key competitive site functionalities and best practices
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications - One to three years of experience with a focus on E-Commerce operations
- Very strong analytical skills
- Well-organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Ease with large databases and numbers
- Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e., web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AX or ability to learn it quickly
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Willingness to learn new system and processes
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with all departments and France,
- Deals with confidential Information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
