LVI is working with a Texas-based firm with around 200 employees and looking for a Vice President who has 15 years of experience in residential development. This VP would be well connected in the Texas area, has strong relationships with developers and homebuilders. This position will also require you to lead multiple offices.

Requirements:

• PE License in TX
• BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
• 15 years experience in land development - residential development
• Strong business development experience in residential development
• Strong Texas market knowledge
• Has strong relationships with developers and homebuilders
• Able to lead mutiple offices.
• Based in either Dallas or Fort Worth area.
