Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction:

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts for live events, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal teams to generate innovative ideas.
  • Create detailed event proposals, including themes, storyboards, and visual elements.

• Event Production:

  • Oversee all aspects of live event production, from pre-production planning to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate with vendors, talent, and technical teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage audio-visual components, including lighting, sound, video, and special effects.

• Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure venues meet technical and logistical requirements.
  • Prepare detailed production schedules and run-of-show documents.

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AV technicians, designers, and production staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any challenges.

• Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns and incorporating feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Stay current with the latest AV technology and trends, incorporating new tools and techniques into event production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during live events.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in live event production, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proven experience in creative direction and AV production.
  • Experience managing large-scale events and working with high-profile clients.
