Job Description:

• Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term project planning
• Work closely with the superintendents to ensure compliance with project timeline, industry standards, regulations and safety protocols
• Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress of the project vs schedule to all stakeholders
• Train and develop the project team
• Manage materials procurement as needed to maintain production in the field
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and financials
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work & verify subcontractor invoices
• Review of cost analysis, monthly billing, master cost breakdown and monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction
• Proven ability in completing projects $15MIL from ground up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suites, and other similar software

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
