Job Title: Maintenance/Facilities Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance/Facilities Technician to join

our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of

company owned properties/facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment. This role

involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with

other team members to address facility-related needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.

2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, systems, and facilities.

3. Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

4. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

5. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects.

6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

8. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

9. Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.

10. Operate and maintain hand and power tools in a safe manner.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Maintenance/Facilities Technician or a similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

8. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

9. Clean DMV record for 3-years

10. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus, but not required

11. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
