We are a boutique medspa in beautiful San Jose, CA. We have seen tremendous growth in just few months of operating the business!

We are primed for hyper growth and we anticipate opening multiple medspas across the Bay Area.

We offer top of the line, state of the art treatments to provide our patients with natural-looking, beautiful results. We are looking for an individual with precious experience in the aesthetics industry who is excited to grow with our business!

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly, check them in/out
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide information about services via phone, email,
• Receive, sort and distribute daily emails/messages
• Keep track of retail and supplies inventory, order as necessary, maintain positive relationships with brand representatives
• Manage provider schedules
• Participate in organizing collaborations and events

Skills:

• Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Office Manager in a medspa or aesthetic medicine practice
• Professional, team-player attitude
• Take initiative and anticipate the needs of the business/clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service oriented
• Current California Phlebotomy (CPT) or Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Comfortable with participating in business social media

Scheduling Requirements:

• Must be available to work 5 days per week
• Must be available to work from 8:00am-6:30pm each day
• Must be attentive to detail

Supplemental Pay:

An exceptional candidate will have worked at another medspa before, have experience with social media, marketing, Vagaro, and is familiar with injectables/aesthetic services. Medical Assistant certification or phlebotomy certification a huge plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
