Position: Medical Aesthetics Spa Manager Department: Spa Operations

Job Summary: The Medical Aesthetics Spa Manager at Luxura Medical Aesthetics Spa is responsible for overseeing the sales and day-to-day operations of our medical aesthetics spa. This role requires a strong background in both sales and spa management, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. The Spa Manager will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, effective team management, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead the sales team by setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and guidance.
• Foster a sales-driven culture within the spa and ensure all team members are trained on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales potential.

Spa Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Manage spa staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels of products, equipment, and supplies, and ensure their availability as per operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the spa environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all spa guests.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including health and safety standards, licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
• Implement and enforce spa policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging treatments, and advancements in medical aesthetics to enhance spa offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and spa management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics treatments, products, and services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of spa industry regulations and standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in spa management or sales are an advantage.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
