LUTHERAN SOCIAL MINISTRIES is Hiring a RN Weekend Supervisor Near West Caldwell, NJ
This weekend-centered role is eligible for shift differential pay and offers flexibility with 4 / 8 or 12 hour shifts.
- Directly supervise nursing staff during the performance of their duties.
- Responsible for or assists staff with admissions, transfers and emergencies within the continuum of care.
- Document all significant reported/observed medically related events or incidents within the resident’s file as outlined by all Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
- Document all pertinent medical information in the electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Analyze nursing staff performance ie. Completion of mandatory assessments, falls, B & B, pain, etc.

Required Experience:
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Diploma/Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Registered Nursing License NJ required; CPR required.
Skill(s): Active listening and visual skills; Excellent verbal and written communication; Time management.
Experience: Two to three years experience as a Registered nurse; Two to three years experience as a Supervisor in a health care facility, particularly Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing.
