We have a new opportunity for a part-time Social Worker! This position would work approximately 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

The Social Worker will collaborates with organizations, churches, hospitals and service providers of the community to assist those in need. Sets up volunteer support programs, informational resources and presents at educational events. This position will lead the H.E.R.O. (Housing, Education, Recovery, Opportunity) program for LSMNJ.
Required Experience:

Education/Training:

BSW, LSW or High School Diploma and 5 years in social work field

Skill(s):

Strong case management skills, listening, writing, analyzing, empathizing, organizing, maintaining confidentiality

Spanish fluency a plus

Experience:

Two of more years of social work experience with degree or 5 years in social work field. Working knowledge of supportive services & resources for the general population. Strong case management skills.
