A Nurse is responsible for supervising a nursing team to render professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of the residents. A Rehab Nurse administers prescribed medication, maintains residents’ medical records, and may assist physicians during treatment and observation.

Shift: Full-time 7 AM -7 PM or 7 PM -7 AM

Responsibilities:

• Making rounds to each resident.
• Receive reports on the status of all residents and services.
• Communicate with families and Powers of Attorney regarding treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Experience in working with the elderly is preferred.
